A 1973 Fresno State graduate, Bob founded Seraphein Beyn in 1983. With over 30 years experience in the advertising industry, he is the one responsible for the overall direction and vision of Seraphein Beyn, and maintains an active, working role in the creative department from the inception to completion of a marketing campaign. Bob has a remarkable knack for producing advertising that achieves results across a widely diverse range of budget/ROI parameters. A former professional baseball player, he is the reason “hard hitting advertising” is our company moniker, and for more reasons than one!
SCOTT LANPHEAR

Scott graduated in 1977 from Chico State University with a B.A. in Center for Information and Communication Studies (Journalism/Marketing), and has been with Seraphein Beyn since 1985. He currently manages the Ace Hardware Retailers of California, Nevada and Idaho, Pulte / Del Webb / Centex Homes for Northern California and Nevada, and Clarke and Rush. He directed all advertising and promotions for Papa John’s Sacramento from 1999-2005, the Maita Organization dealerships from 1986-2000 and Carmichael Honda from 2000-2007.
MICHAEL BADDLEY
VICE PRESIDENT
Mike has been with Seraphein Beyn since 1987. He currently works directly with the Retail and entertainment accounts for the agency. He has experience with accounts like Thunder Valley Casino, Cache Creek Casino, Bill Graham Presents, AT&T Wireless, UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) Comcast Cable PPV, IMAX Theatre, Big O Tires, and many other key accounts. Born and raised in Sacramento, Mike graduated from University of California, Sacramento in 1986.
Seraphein Beyn was established in 1983.
That’s over 200 dog years. We have been a full-service agency based in downtown Sacramento throughout our history. Campaign creative designed against targeted media and buying that leverages media partnerships and promotional tie-ins, has been a particular area of focus from the beginning. With a veteran staff of team members, Seraphein Beyn has 10 players who have worked for the agency for at least 10 years.
Over the years we have been the full-service agency for over 150 clients and, of particular note, we have served as the agency of record for over five consecutive years for 71 of these clients. This rate of client tenure is extremely rare among agencies that serve the local and regional businesses that Seraphein Beyn serves.
